ingredients

1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup suji
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanila essence
1/4 cup coconut
pistachio and cashews for garnishing

direction

wisk egg and sugar together then add butter yogurt and oil wisk well then add suji baking soda vanila essence again wisk it transfer to baking pan over it spread coconut powder swirl and mix with toothpick bake for 20 to 30 mins at 170 degrees or if without Oven so on low to medium flame

sugar syrup

1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
bring to boil , boil for 5 mins add 1 tsp lemon juice
spread this whole syrup to baked cake
