  Kofta masala preparation in mixer add 1 tsp ginger paste 1tsp garlic paste 4-5 green chilies one medium size onion 1 tsp salt 2 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp red chili powder 3-4 tbs seekh kebab masala 1/2 turmeric powder mix in mixer in same mixture add 1/2 kg chicken and mix well and Kofta masala is ready, make its small balls use some in gravy store the rest for gravy in pan Add 1 cup oil darchini tez pata long gol kali mirch choti and brdi ilaichi ginger garlic paste saute them then add 2 large tomato and let them soften then add fried onion let it soften too then add some spices red chili powder 0cumin powder coriander powder turmeric salt add potato cut in cube give it a good mix by adding gradually a little amount of water and then add a water and let it cook until potatoes soften then add Kofta and cook until it changes color and consistency of salan has required and enjoy this Kofta recipe 😀

  ingredients 2 grated potatoes 1 chopped medium size onion 1 cup minced chicken 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp roasted and grinded cumin powder 2-3 green chili method squeeze out potatoes water and in bowl add all ingredients mix all together and fry them them to golden brown enjoy it with green chatni 😁

  Chicken marination 500 gram chicken boneless 1tsp salt 1tsp chili powder 1tsp ginger garlic paste 1tsp black pepper 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp cumin powder 1tsp garam masala 2 Pinch food color 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1tsp lemon juice or vinegar 1 tbsp oil marinate chicken for 15 mins then in 1 tbsp of oil and cook it then add 1 and 1/3 cups of water cook it until tender and till water dries completely potato ingredients 4 boiled mashed potatoes 1tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp salt 1tsp chat masala coriander leaves Mint leaves green chilies 1 chopped onion 2 slices of bread soaked and squeezed out then or 2 tbsp of corn flour mix chicken along these mix well and shape round for Kebab egg for coating add salt and chili flakes in egg oil For frying

  ingredients 1 egg 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil 2 tbs butter 1/2 cup yogurt 1 cup suji Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanila essence 1/4 cup coconut pistachio and cashews for garnishing direction wisk egg and sugar together then add butter yogurt and oil wisk well then add suji baking soda vanila essence again wisk it transfer to baking pan over it spread coconut powder swirl and mix with toothpick bake for 20 to 30 mins at 170 degrees or if without Oven so on low to medium flame sugar syrup 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup water bring to boil , boil for 5 mins add 1 tsp lemon juice spread this whole syrup to baked cake
